City Construction Co., Inc., based in Coatesville, PA was incorporated in 1982 as an open shop general construction company.

Pre-Construction Planning

Our services range from planned scheduled projects, emergency work to tightly scheduled around the clock outage work. The common threads running through all of these projects is the need for pre-activity planning, attention to construction details and the need for technical expertise. Having been doing these types of projects successfully and on schedule for over 35 years we have the experience necessary for ensuring the proper approach to planning, details, and performance.

Industrial Maintenance

We offer industrial contracting services for a wide range of disciplines. From manufacturing line retrofits and/or replacements, fabrication and erection of structural steel, pulpits, handrails, stairs with landings, millwrighting, and rigging, reinforced concrete construction of culverts, heavy machinery foundations, walls, building foundations, piers, tank foundations, trenches, weirs, diversion channels, and flat work. We also do incidental site work, excavation, and drainage.

Design/Build

Design Build relationships are getting more common as building systems get more complicated and construction schedules become more compressed. On these projects, City Construction Co., Inc. teams up with one of our architectural or engineering strategic partners to work with a client as a team so as to design and build a project that meets the needs of the client in a cost-effective manner. This approach is ideal for fast tracking a project by allowing construction to begin as the detailed construction drawings are being phased in.
