Furnish all labor, equipment, material and supervision to remove and replace the second table after the straighter. Furnish and place up to 2” thick of grout (Five Star) under new frames, furnish and place approximately 10 cu. Yds. (up to 7” thick) of 4000 psi High Energy concrete, furnish and place approximately 1” to 2” of sand, furnish and place approximately 4” thick of Fondag high strength, heat resistant concrete over sand bedding.
